Scirpus Cernuus commonly known as Fibre Optic Plant is an oxygenator.

This attractive evergreen has an apt common name. The glossy thread-like leaves have minute white flower spikes on the tips of each leaf.

Evergreen. Trim in early spring to encourage new growth.
